These are a few of our favourite diamond jewellery lots coming up in our 19th November Auction Sale.
Buying diamonds from auction means you get much more for your money compared to new jewellery from the high street stores. Its easy to compare the prices yourself using our descriptions and auction estimates and comparing these to store prices online.
Lot 1 is this beautiful modern diamond solitaire ring.
It comprises an early brilliant cut stone, approx. 0.50 carats,
tension set in double split crossover style shank in 18ct yellow gold.
Size M or 6 US (3.0g)
This ring is estimated to sell for £350 to £400.
This brilliant cut 1.65 carat diamond solitaire ring is lot 9.
The diamond is set in eight claw long setting, approx. 9mm high,
in 18ct white gold. Size O or 7.1/4 US (4.3g)
If purchased from the high street, this ring could cost you anywhere
between £8000 to £12,000, or more!
Our auction estimate is £1600 to £2000,
this goes to show what savings you can make by buying from auction.
Lot 32 is this gorgeous antique diamond cluster ring comprises nine old cut stones,
total weight approx. 1.0 carats, in milli-grain and claw settings.
18ct white gold, size N or 6.1/2 US (3.1g)
This would make a beautiful engagement ring.
Estimated to sell for £400 to £500.

Lot 72 is another elegant and timeless diamond solitaire ring that would be perfect for an engagement or a stunning Xmas present.
This ring comprises an early cut stone, approx. 1.0 carats, in six claw crown setting.
It has curved sloping shoulders in white gold and 18ct yellow gold shank.
Size N or 6.1/2 US (2.6g)
This ring is estimated £900 to £1200,
at least a fifth of the price compared to similar rings from high street stores.
We love Lot 97, a ladies’ Edwardian daisy style cluster ring.
Round cut emerald surrounded by ten old cut diamonds, total approx. 0.85 carats,
in white gold milli-grain settings on yellow gold gallery and shank.
Size S or 9 US (2.4g)
This antique ring is estimated to sell for £660 to £760.
This is a stunning sparkling diamond cluster ring.
Lot 99 comprises forty-one brilliant cut diamonds, total weight approx. 3.00 carats,
in spoke basket setting, all 18ct white gold.
Approx. 23mm in diameter. size N or 6.1/2 US (11.1g)
This is another great example of how much more you get for your money
by buying from auction as this ring is only estimated to sell
for somewhere between £660 and £760.
You would be lucky to get 0.50 carats in diamonds
for the same price on the high street.
The final ring in our selection is Lot 140, a ladies’ antique five stone ring,
comprising five graduating old cut diamonds, total weight approx. 0.70 carats,
in 18ct white gold setting with yellow gold shank.
Size M or 6 US (2.7g).
This ring comes with its original antique box.
Estimated at £300 to £350
This beautiful diamond set bracelet is lot 100.
It comprises one hundred and two brilliant cut stones in triangular settings,
total weight approx. 5 carats. Fitted with snap type fastener and figure of eight safety catch.
All in 18ct yellow gold, approx. 7" long.
Our jewellery experts estimated this bracelet at £1400 - £1600.
