Costume, Collectables and Curiosities

We have a wide range of items coming up in our 19 November Auction Sale. 
Today we bring you a small selection of "Costume, Collectables and Curiosities" .


Costume Jewellery


Lot 199 comprises antique and vintage costume jewellery.
  This group of 5 items is only estimated £50 - £80.

Lot 208 includes two antique moonstone set bar brooches, estimated at £20 - £40.

Lot 213 is a beautiful antique jet oval locket.  Our estimate for this item is £25 - £45.

Lot 218 is an antique wooden jewellery box containing a mixture
 of costume jewellery.  This lot is estimated at £20 - £30.

Silverware 


Lot 223 is an antique silver flask by "Louis Dee", hallmarked London 1884. 
Our estimate on this is £140 - £180.

Lot 232 is an ornate antique silver trinket box by "William Comyns & Sons", 
It is hallmarked London 1907. Estimated at £100 - £140.

 Lot 236 is this ornate antique silver dish by "Thomas Latham & Ernest Morton", 
hallmarked Birmingham 1900. This is a estimated at £120 - £160.

Lot 237 is a Georgian silver coffee pot by "Thomas Mason", hallmarked London 1737.
We are estimating this at £250 - £350.

Collectables and Curiosities


Lot 255 is a desk clock/paperweight by "Mobildoc, Roma'. Estimate £40 - £60.

Lot 259 includes several antique lace items, such as bonnets, collars, gloves, fans 
and approx. 50 various post cards.  This lot is estimated at £30 - £50.

Lot 260 is an antique miners lamp, stamped 58/523. Estimated at £30 - £50.

Lot 261 is an antique travel alarm clock by Zenith, this is estimated at £30 - £50.



Lot 262 is an antique cast iron money bank in the form of a bucking mule. 
It is impressed "Patd Aug 31 1880" and is estimated £50 - £80.

Lot 266 is a collection of plaster cameos of classical content, probably Italian 
& early 19th Century.  This lot is estimated £100 to £150

Lot 269 is an antique stereoscope by "Underwood & Underwood, New York", 
complete with two sets of boxed slides of  "The Great War".  Estimate £50 - £70.
Stereoscopes were actually the first kind of 3D movies!

Lot 270 comprises of two enamelled advertising signs, 
"Bob Dylan American Poet" and "Marilyn Monroe American Sweetheart". 
These vintage signs are estimated at £30 - £50.


Model Cars, Trains & Toys


Lot 276 includes 4 Hornby Dublo locomotives and tenders.  Estimate of £40 - £60.

Lot 277 is a Bagatelle tin plate game by "Lundstroms Gold Star" , complete with balls,
 and a horse racing game of "Topopoly" by Waddingtons.  Etimate £20 - £40.

Lot 278 is a huge collection of die-cast and plastic scale model vehicles
 in mint condition, ranging from the 1980s to the early 2000's. 
Our estimate on this fantastic lot is £50 - £80.

Lot 282 is a collection of 22 mint-condition modern toys, including five Disney figures
of the Incredibles, Mattel Batman, ET, Marvel Mutant X Figures, plus many more. 
Our estimate for this is £40 - £60.
